It's within walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants and night life, museums and theaters, an easy walk to 3 Metro stations (Place-Des-Arts, Place-D'Armes and St. Laurent), and less then 10 minutes by subway or walking to 3 major universities, McGill, Concocrdia and University of Quebec. It's in the heart of downtown Montreal with everything within your reach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one master bedroom, one in the common area) with a sofabed in the alcove area for over night guest, living room with balcony and kitchen with all new appliances. Washer and dryer included in unit. Easy to share between two to three people each with own bathroom.
